FLEX RIDER

PICK UP/DROP OFF - Flex Locations

  • Flexible, shared ride option

  • Choose your preferred pickup time

  • Pick up at JOCO Flex Ride locations

  • Pickup time may shift up to 2 hours earlier or later based on demand and Priority Rides

  • You’ll be notified 48 hours in advance if your pickup time changes

After Hours Booking: Any ride scheduled between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM will include a $20 after-hours fee.

PRIORITY RIDER

  • Pick-up and drop-off directly at your home

  • Schedule your ride at the time that works best for you

  • You are the priority on the shuttle route

  • Each additional rider in your group adds $12, up to 10 riders

  • Possibe shared shuttle

After Hours Booking: Any ride scheduled between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM will include a $20 after-hours fee.
Outer Limits Charge: A $15 fee will be applied to any pickup located south or southwest of Lake Pat Cleburne.
