Terms and Conditions

Photo ID Requirement

All passengers must present a government-issued photo ID before boarding. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to departure, as we leave on time.

Minor Travel & Parental Consent Policy

Unaccompanied Minors (Ages 12–17) must provide:

  • A signed Parental Consent Form (PCF) from a parent or legal guardian

  • A contact number for the parent/legal guardian

  • A photo ID
    Acceptable alternatives if no photo ID:

    • Birth Certificate

    • Passport

    • Social Security Card

    • Student ID

Children Under Age 12 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
Minors riding with an adult must have an ID, but do not need a PCF or contact number.

Car Seats: Children 5 and under must ride in a car seat or booster. JOCO Shuttle does not provide them.

Booking & Refund Policy

  • All bookings made within 6 hours of your scheduled departure require approval from JOCO Shuttle via email at jocoshuttle@gmail.com.

  • All fares are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive travel credit (valid 1 year from booking)

  • No refunds or credit for no-shows

Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger may check 2 bags

  • JOCO Shuttle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

Maximum Liability: $100 per ticketed passenger for lost/damaged checked luggage
Valuables (jewelry, electronics) should be kept in your personal carry-on

Prohibited Items

Passengers may not carry:

  • Firearms, weapons, or any item designed to harm

  • Other passengers' unclaimed bags/packages

  • Any hazardous or illegal items

Security Notice: Never accept a package from someone you don’t know. Doing so could result in transporting illegal substances or contraband.

Passenger Conduct

JOCO Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Displays inappropriate behavior (hostile, foul language, intoxicated, disruptive)

  • Is visibly ill or lacks basic hygiene
    We prioritize safety and comfort for all passengers.

Parking Disclaimer

Parking at pick-up locations is at your own risk and may be subject to restrictions or permissions by the business on-site.
